Clayton County Register, 29 May 1947.

Strawberry Point: Lewis Wilber Weeks, 63, died Thursday evening at his farm home after two years illness. Son of Bradford and Anna Ludy Weeks, he was born at Strawberry Point Nov. 01, 1883. On Feb. 09, 1929 he was married at Manchester to Lydia Heeren. They farmed southeast of Strawberry Point. Survivors are the widow, two sons and a daughter, George, in the U.S. Navy, Wendell and Doris at home. Funeral arrangements are pending, waiting word from the son George, who is stationed on Guam.
