GUTTENBERG: Mrs. Elmer Schroeder died at her home on Thursday afternoon after a month's illness. She became ill at the wedding dance of her niece and never regained consciousness.

Her husband, two daughters, Elma at home and Mrs. Howard Groth of Colesburg and one son Louis at home, several grandchildren and several brothers and sisters mourn her death.

Funeral services were held in St. Paul's Lutheran church on Sunday afternoon and the Rev. Harvey Coovert officiated.

Mrs. Schroeder was a member of the Josephine Rebekah lodge.

A very large crowd of relatives attended the funeral.

Interment was made in the Guttenberg cemetery.
