Clayton County Register, 13 Mar. 1940.

Frank Seitz, aged 69, died Monday morning after an illness of a few weeks. Surviving him are two daugters, Mrs. Harold Brockmeyer of Edgewood, and Miss Helen Seitz, who is a teacher in Cresco, and two sons, George and Rufus Seitz, near Monona. Also one sister, Mrs. Anna Muth of Monona.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon from the First Methodist church, with burial in the Council Hill cemetery.
