Relatives received word Friday from Scales Mound, Ill., of the death of Mrs. William Andrews which occurred that morning.

As a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Simon Moser, she was born at Strawberry Point on Sept. 13, 1872. She was married to Jacob Smith on July 25, 1889. Mr. Smith died Feb. 24, 1922. She was married to William Andrews on Sept. 26, 1924, since that time the home has been made at Scales Mound. Besides her husband she is survived by a step-son, Raymond, of Dixon, one sister and five brothers, J. F. Wenzel, Henry, Ernest and Fred all of Strawberry Point, John of San Diego, Calif., and Sam of Marshalltown. Funeral services were held at Scales Mound Sunday afternoon at the Methodist church and at the local Methodist church, the Rev. R. E. Bethards of Scales Mound, having charge of both services. Burial was made in the Strawberry Point cemetery.
