MONONA: Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Chapek Holly, aged 38, were held at two o'clock, Sunday afternoon, from the Methodist church, the Rev. H. W. Farnham officiating. Burial was made in the city cemetery.
Surviving Mrs. Holly are the widower, Albert Holly; three sons, Kenneth, James and Louis Holly; a daughter, Marjorie Holly; one step-daughter, Mrs. Arthur Voss, all of Monona; one sister, Minnie, Mrs. John Leas, of Dubuque, and one step-granddaughter, Edna Voss, of Monona.
Mrs. Holly was an unusual mother, a faithful member of her church, a good wife and sister. No work was too hard for her to perform for her loved ones. She was a member of the women's missionary society and the Ladies Aid, and worked hard in their interests. She will be sadly missed in the home and church circles. Even though she was handicapped because of her health, she worked hard and long and was very appreciative of the things that were done for her.
The pallbearers were: B. L. Whittle, Ben F. Lestina Wyman Whittle, Siegle Sanger, Frank Sudol Jr., and Elmer Holly.
--------------Lester E. Holly of Waukon, attended the funeral of his aunt, Mrs. Albert Holly, and also visited his parents Mr. and Mrs. Frank Holly Sunday.
