Beutel, Minnie 1857 - 1939

Clayton County Register, 24 May 1939.

GUTTENBERG: Miss Minnie Beutel died at her home Monday evening after several months of failing health. She was born in Guttenberg in November, 1857, and had lived in Guttenberg all her life. At the time of her death she and her sister were livng together.

The Rebekah lodge, of which Miss Beutel had been a member for many years, gave their services at the cemetery and Atty. G. W. Hunt gave a fine talk at the residence.

Mrs. G. W. Hunt and Mrs. Edna Scholz sang a duet.

One niece, Miss Lucille Beutel, one nephew, Alfred Beutel, and one sister, Louisa Beutel, mourn her death.

The funeral was held at the residence Thursday afternoon at two o'clock and burial was made in the city cemetery.
