Herman Louis Otterbeck, the son of John and Barbara Otterbeck, was born July 05, 1900, at Scott, Iowa. He was married July 05, 1933, to Floy B. Aimers of Dundee. Since their marriage they have resided here, he being a garage mechanic. His parents, one brother, Fred Otterbeck, and one sister have preceded him in death. Surviving, besides his wife, are two daughters, Maxine and Mildred Otterbeck, and one step-daughter, Jennie Mary Brueggestradt, all of Strawberry Point; also four brothers and two sisters, Christian and Louie, of Strawberry Point; Charles of Volga City; William of St. Olaf; Mrs. John (Kate) Scharff of Guttenberg, and Mrs. Adolph (Rose) Possehl of Edgewood.
