Funeral services were held this afternoon at the late home in North Buena Vista for Jake Saylor, 55, who died from injuries last Sunday evening following a scuffle with Louis Farber, 22, also of No. Buena Vista.
Coroner Leslie Oelke and Sheriff L. J. Palas were called to North Buena Vista Sunday evening but Saylor was dead when they arrived there.
Coroner Oelke had planned to hold an inquest yesterday but the plans were changed and the inquest will not be held until tomorrow afternoon.
Authorities would make no definite statement on the case until after the inquest.

The finding of the coroner's jury which investigated the death of Jake Saylor of North Buena Vista, was that Saylor died as the result of apoplexy. Saylor died following an alleged scuffle in North Buena Vista a week ago last Sunday. Members of the jury were W. J. Brimeyer, Albert Hefel and F. J. Schroeder.
