Clayton County Register, 15 Dec. 1937.

MCGREGOR: Funeral services for Mrs. Otto Klein, a former resident of McGregor, who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Miller, in Council Bluffs, Saturday morning, were held at the Congregational church in McGregor Monday afternoon. Rev. J. F. Parsons officiated. Mrs. Klein formerly lived in the house now occupied by Arthur Hinsch, she having built it when retiring from her farm home near McGregor. Several years ago she moved to Ft. Madison to make her home with her daughter, and later in Council Bluffs. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. John Miller and Mrs. Herbert Kitcherer of Minneapolis, and one son, Otto Klein of near McGregor, Burial was in Pleasant Grove cemetery,
