MONONA: Funeral services for Otto Thias were held Sunday afternoon from the First Methodist church, with the pastor, Rev. Geo. W. Turner officiating, and burial was made in the Council Hill cemetery.

Mr. Thias had not been in good health for several years, but had been up and about until a few days before his death. His niece, Miss Alma Cunningham, lived with him, as did her sister, Ruth, before her marriage to Vernon Tayek. A brother, August Thias, also survives him.
