Clayton County Register, 07 July 1937.
Millville: Dan Springer and sons George and Eddie, of La Crosse, Wis., were callers in Millville Friday and Saturday. They brought the body of their son and brother, Benj. Springer, to Goshen for burial beside a brother Lloyd, who was buried there some years ago when the Springer family lived at Millville. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the Goshen church at two o'clock. The Springers returned to La Crosse the same Saturday evening. They have the sympathy of the community.
