Clayton County Register, 16 June 1937.
MONONA: Funeral services for Richard Allen Schneider, the six months old son of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Schneider, who died Tuesday morning, were held Thursday afternoon at one o'clock from St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran church, the Rev. H. W. Siefkes officiating, and the burial was made in the cemetery at Elgin, Ia.
Surviving this little angel are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Schneider; two sisters, Mary Mari and Shirley Schneider and four brothers, Kenneth, Freddy, Joe, Bobby and Jimmy. the sympathy of the community is extended the family.
(Note: It appears five brothers are named. Submitter has no explanation.)
