St. Olaf: Mrs. Theodore Wold, 53, died of heart trouble at her home near St. Olaf last Wednesday. Funeral services were held at the home at 1:30 and at Norway church at 2 o'clock, the Rev. Strandjord officiating.
Mrs. Theo. Wold, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peder Vellersven, was born Nov. 15, 1883, on the homestead where her brother Henry now resides. She was baptized and confirmed in the Marion Lutheran church.
She was united in marriage to Theodore Wold Oct. 15, 1908. They purchased the Ole Wold farm and spent their life there, together with Ole Wold, for almost 29 years. She did her own household duties until a couple of months ago, when her health began to fail. Mrs. Wold was a member of the Norway church and Ladies Aid.
Her father preceded her in death on the same day of the week just three years ago. Her mother preceded her in death only two years ago.
Her death is mourned by her husband, Theodore; her sister, Marie, Mrs. John Carmody; her brother, Henry Vellersven, and niece Marie Elizabeth Carmody; also one aunt and four uncles, who reside at Lamberton, Minn., besides relatives and friends.
Those from a distance attending the funeral were her sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. John Carmody, and daughter, of Chicago, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Wold and Mrs. Anna Wold and daughter Jean Ann, of St. Ansgar.
