GUTTENBERG: Mrs. Nick Ludovissy (nee Jennie Springer), 36 years old, formerly of Turkey River, but of late a resident of La Crosse, Wis., was accidently killed on the evening of March 20, when struck by an automobile while crossing a street at La Crosse. Mrs. Ludovissy was born in Millville township, where she grew to young womanhood. She was married to Nick Ludovissy of Turkey River. About eight months ago the family went to La Crosse to reside. She was a faithful member of the Catholic church. Funeral services were held at the Catholic church at La Crosse Tuesday morning, and the body taken to Turkey River Tuesday evening and laid to rest in the Goshen cemetery Thursday. Her untimely death is deeply mourned by her husband, seven children, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Springer, all of La Crosse, Wis.; also five brothers and one sister. The family has the sympathy of all in this community.
