DIED in this city, on Monday evening, Oct. 15th, at the house of Dr. H.C. Martin, Addis E. Martin, aged 22 years and 7 months.

The excellent young man whose death it is our mournful duty to chronicle, has been a resident of McGregor, since 18-- [the year is not completed in the original]. His habits were retiring and modest, and his friends were limited only by his acquaintance. None knew him but to love him, none named him but to praise.

The funeral services will take place at the house of Dr. Martin, on this (Wednesday) morning, at 8 o'clock. Rev. Mr. Gilbert is the officiating clergyman.
