Elkader Register, Thur., 01 Mar. 1888. Elkport column.

Died, Tuesday, February 21, 1888, of dropsy, Mrs. Timothy Callaghan, aged about 70 years. Mrs. Callaghan was one of the oldest inhabitants. Mr. C's. hosts of friends sympathize with him in his sad affliction. The funeral took place Thursday and was largely attended.
