Elkader Register, Thur., 03 Mar. 1887. Strawberry Point column.

The old lady Jefferson, living a short distance west of this place, died on Monday morning February 28th, of rheumatism of the heart. I was unable to learn when her funeral would take place.

(burial = Strawberry Point cemetery)
