Funeral services for Alvin August Sheffert*, 31, were held Thursday afternoon at two o'clock from the Ed. Sheffert home with burial in the city cemetery, Rev. L. H. Joslin officiating. Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Hazel Sheffert, a son and a daughter, his father, Edward Sheffert, two sisters, Mrs. Elgie Ferguson and Miss Angeline Sheffert of Monona, three brothers, Verni Sheffert of Washington, Elmer Sheffert of Luana, and Orlando Sheffert of Monona.
