Clayton County Register, Thur., 12 Feb. 1931.

VOLGA CITY; Allan Robert Cole, infant son of Robert and Ruby Cole, nee Adams, passed away at Volga City, Feb. 06th, and was laid to rest Feb. 08, 1931, reaching the age of two months and 22 days. He leaves to mourn, his grief-stricken parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. Cole, a grandfather, James Adams of Volga City and many aunts and uncles and a host of relatives and friends. Interment was made in Volga cemetery.

He is gone, our darling baby,
He is gone, his time is spent,
He has gone to meet the angels
And our hearts of grief are rent.
That bright day will dawn, though
distant
When our angel we shall see
Coming toward us in his white robe
Then our joy will perfect be.
