Nancy Cummings was born in Dane County, Wisconsin, December 23, 1844 and passed away at the home of her niece, Mrs. Fred J. Davis, November 28, 1920. She was 75 years, 11 months and 5 days of age at the time of her death. Her parents were among the very earliest settlers in this community and she grew to young womanhood and was married on the farm where she died.

She is survived by one brother Thomas W. Cummings and a number of nephews and nieces.

Funeral was held Tuesday afternoon by Rev. W. H. Smith. Interment in Hillcrest Cemetery.
