The death of Bernard, the nineteen year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Everetts, occurred last Friday in the hospital at Chicago, where he had gone with the intention of an operation. The remains were brought home Saturday and the funeral services occurred at the home Tuesday, conducted by Rev. W. H. Smith. Interment in County Corners Cemetery. He received a fall in the barn awhile ago which is supposed to have brought on the trouble. He was an industrious young man with a bright future before him. Besides his parents he leaves three sisters and two brothers to mourn his death: Mrs. Florence Dunsmore, Misses Pearl and Genevieve, and Jerrold and Clarence.
