Elkader Register, Thur., 22 Apr. 1880.

DIED - At the residence of his father, in Read township, on Wednesday, April 1_th, 1880, Joachim Krambeer; aged 20 years and 1 months.

The young man's death was caused from injuries received on the 6th inst., while attempting to stop a runaway team. He was thrown down and 3 ribs were broken besides being injured internally. He was a bright young man, and his untimely death will be mourned by all who knew him. His bereaved parents will have the sympathy of all. He was buried at Clayton Centre, on the 15th, Rev. F. W. Seifert officiating.
