A telegram was received by Chas. Krieg Tuesday announcing the death of his brother Henry at Dubuque. The deceased was born and raised near Elkport and was an exemplary young man. For the past year he has been a sufferer from consumption. He was 23 years of age. The bereaved family have the sympathy of all in their sad affliction.

DIED - Henry Krieg, died at Dubuque on the 14th, after a lingering illness. He was born in this twp., Oct. 6, 1871, and was a most exemplary young man.
For the past seven years he had resided at Dubuque. The funeral was held the 16th from the residence of Mrs. Christina Krieg at this place, Rev. Figge, of Dubuque, officiating, the interment being at Musfeldt's cemetery.
