Miss Pearl Bywater died at the home of her uncle on Pleasant Ridge, yesterday, at noon. Funeral occurred to-day.

Miss Pearly Bywater, who formerly lived with Prof. Edwards in this place, died of diptheria on Wednesday of last week in Clayton county, Iowa.
