John Musfeldt, Jr., aged 31 1/2 years, died Monday after a lingering illness of consumption. John has been a patient sufferer for two years past and in his death Volga twp., loses one of its noblest young men. Born and raised in Volga twp. he had no enemies and all were his friends. No pains or expense were spared to aid his recovery, but all in vain. To the aged father and mother our people extend their most heartfelt sympathies and grieve with them in the loss of their beloved son. The funeral took place Wednesday and was very largely attended, Rev. Fuchs officiating. May he rest in peace.
