The shadow of death fell heavily upon the family of Henry Lempke, of Read twp., on the 15th, taking two children, Henry, aged 6 years, and Alma, aged 3 years and 10 months.

Henry shares a gravestone in Zion Lutheran cemetery with another sibling who died in April 1894; engraved:
