Elkader Register, Thur., 26 Mar. 1891.

Mr. Geo. Jakeway died at Strawberry Point, March 17th. He had a stroke of paralysis early in the fall and a second stroke on the day that he died. He lived only a short time after the stroke. He was one of the earliest settlers of Buffalo Grove, Buchanan county.
