Victor A. Dvorak, 74, of Guttenberg and formerly of Center Point, died Sunday afternoon, July 4, 1982 at his home.

He was born Aug. 27, 1907 in Wilber, Nebr., a son of Edward and Sadie Voiska Dvorak. He was married Dec. 1, 1930 to Helen Bartos, who died Jan. 19, 1979. Mr. Dvorak was a retired farmer.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Joy Buchan of Waterloo and Mrs. Harry (Helen) Powell Jr., of Troys Mills; three sons, Victor of Hayfield, , Minn, Frank of Durant and Edward of Guttenberg; 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

There were no services or visitation, Mr. Dvorak donated his body to science at the University of Iowa at Iowa City.

Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society. The Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
