Sheldon, Jack 1913 - 1917

Jack, the little son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Sheldon, died last Thursday forenoon about 11 o'clock. The little one had been severely ill with scarlet fever for some time and all that medical skill and loving hands could do was done but the little life could not be saved. Little Jack was born in this place Oct. 2, 1913. Short services occurred Friday, conducted by Rev. W. R. Bailey and the remains laid to rest in our cemetery. Beautiful flowers covered the little white casket but the loveliest of all was the beautiful rosebud that the Heavenly Father plucked for the Home over there. Mr. and Mrs. Sheldon have the sympathy of their many friends in this sad hour of bereavement.
