John Henry Christoph Musfeld* died at his son's residence at Garber on Friday, April __th, at the age of 88 years and one month, after a sickness of about eleven weeks, death being caused by old age. He leaves to mourn his death two sons, H. H. Musfeld, of Garber, and Fred, of Klemme, Ia., and one daughter, Mrs. John Brich. The funeral was held on Sunday afternoon and burial was at the Lutheran cemetery, Rev. Paulsen officiating. The funeral was largely attended as deceased had lots of friends. The pall bearers were Wm. Koehn, Fred Lundt, Fred Krieg, Henry Haa_k, Chas. Zittergruen and Henry Wistrick.
