Mrs. Grace Jack recently received word of the death of Mrs. Anna Vaupel Ericson who died June 10th at the home of her daughter, Mrs. V. J. Babbett at 372 North Cleveland Ave., St. Paul, Minn. Mrs. Ericson was born October 24, 1862, at Pleasant Ridge, Iowa. She attended the local public school, being a classmate of Mrs. Jack. For a number of years she served as librarian at Forest City.

Funeral services are being held today at Forest City. The body will then be cremated and the ashes returned here at a later date for burial in the East Side cemetery.
