The death of Mrs. Charles Phelps, of Duluth, Minn., occurred at the home of her father, L. F. Carrier, in this place Monday evening, after several weeks illness with nervous prostration. Her health has not been good for years yet she never complained. She was an earnest member and worker in the Baptist church. Her mother preceded her to the beautiful home above, Jan. 8th, 1896. Besides her father, she leaves her husband and two children to mourn her death. Funeral services will be held at the home of her father this Wednesday evening at 5:30 o'clock, Rev. Langridge officiating, and the remains laid to rest in the local cemetery.
