Elkader Register, Thur., 04 Sept., 1902. Strawberry Point column.

The infant child of Thos. Hogan and wife, aged 11 days, died Friday. Short funeral services were held at the home Saturday morning, conducted by Rev. Father Rowe, after which the remains were laid to rest in the local cemetery. This rose was but one lent to bud on earth and bloom in heaven. We extend our sympathy to the bereaved parents.

In Thomas' 1933 obit, the infant was named Mary Margaret.
