The residents of Strawberry Point were startled Monday afternoon by the sudden death of F. R. Buckley. He was at work painting the house he owned and which was occupied by John Stringer. It is supposed that heart trouble caused him to fall from the ladder to the ground, where he was found by a child at play. Mr. Buckley was about 75 years of age and leaves an aged wife, one son and six daughters to mourn his death.
