Elkader Register, Thur., 27 Feb. 1902. McGregor column.

Mrs. Wm. Kranert died Sunday morning, aged 72 years. The funeral was held Monday afternoon, the Christian scientists having charge. She is survived by her husband, two daughters and three sons, one son and a daughter living in Dubuque, the others here. All her immediate family was here for the funeral.

Note: The death certificate of her daughter Amelia Eichendorf, names her as Amelia Stinrick, w/o William Kranert
