Elkader Register, Thur., 16 Oct. 1879.

DIED- At her residence in Monona, on Friday Oct. 10, 1879, of paralysis, Miss Ellen MacDonald, aged 68 years.

Miss MacDonald was an aunt of Charles McGonigle of this place. About 18 months ago, she had a stroke of paralysis, from which she never recovered. The funeral occurred Saturday, and her remains were followed to their final resting place by a large number of friends and relatives.
