Elkader Register, Thur., 06 Mar. 1879.

DIED - At her residence in Farmersburg township, Friday, of lung fever, Mrs. Timothy Vaugn, aged 75 years.

The funeral services were held at the Catholic church in this place, Sunday afternoon, the remains were followed to their final resting place by a large number of friends.

Honora VAUGHAN, w/o Timothy is buried in St. Patrick Catholic cemetery, Monona. The inscription on her gravestone reads:

Honora
Wife of Timothy Vaughan
Born in County Tipperary Ireland
Aug 26,1803- Died Feb 28, 1879
