Miss Ella Block, a well known teacher in our county schools, died at the home Mr. and Mrs. B. Mertz, her grandparents, at Guttenberg on Saturday last, from consumption. The funeral was held Monday under the auspices of the Order of the Easter Star, of which she was a member.
