Bickel, Henrietta M. 1892-1896

During the past week Mr. and Mrs. J.D. Bickel have been called upon to part with their two youngest children and their only girls.

Henrietta Marie Bickel was born February 9th, 1892, and died of membrainous croup, Thursday, July 30, 1896. The funeral was conducted Friday by Rev. L.L. Lockard

This little one was a favorite of all who knew her, a sunny haired, bright happy little girl, and she will be missed not alone by her parents and brothers, but by their friends, by her little mates at Kindergarten and Sunday School.

Note: Her parents were John D. & Mary Anna (Hanson) Bickel. The father died in March, 1928 and the mother in February 1939. Henrietta is buried in Pleasant Grove cemetery, as are her parents.
