The death of A. P. Massey, a former resident of this place occurred at his home in Greeley last Friday evening. Altho Mr. Massey has not been well for a number of years he was up and around most of the time and was not confined to his bed only a few hours before his death. Funeral services occurred in the M.E. church at Greeley Monday afternoon conducted by the pastor after which the remains were brought here for interment. He leaves his heart broken widow, and one son, Lee of Clinton, besides other relatives and friends to mourn his death.
