Maquoketa, Ia. - Rob Roy Freeman, 94, of Maquoketa, died Monday at the Jackson County Public Hospital here.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Carson Funeral Home here, where friends may call after 4 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
Surviving are his wife, Anna; four daughters, Mrs. Laura Widman of McGregor, Ia., Mrs. Dillon (Lola) Hardin of Monmouth, Ia., Mrs. Milo (Marguerita) Winger, and Mrs. Fred (Maribel) Binns, both of Maquoketa; two sons, Percy of McGregor, Ia., and Merle; 11 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.

Rob Roy Freeman, 94, passed away in the hospital at Maquoketa, Iowa, July 19th, 1971.
He was the son of Capt. George and Kate Freeman who preceded him in death.
He was a 60 year Master Mason, in good standing. A member of the Order of Railroad Conductors.
He leaves to mourn, a daughter, Laura Widman and a son, Percy of McGregor. A son, Merle and three daughters, Lola, Margarite and Merrybelle of Maquoketa. A son, Robert, preceded him in death. Eleven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and three great, great, grandchildren.
Services were held on Wednesday, July 21st at one o'clock, with burial at Maquoketa.

Note: His 1st wife Charlotte Garrison and 2nd wife Abbie Claire Curran are both buried in Pleasant Grove cemetery, McGregor; as are several of his children from both marriages.
