The death of Mrs. Axtell, aged nearly 90, occurred Sunday evening at the home of her son Herman. Mrs. Axtell had a stroke Thursday afternoon after which she never fully regained consciousness. Her husband preceded her in death a number of years ago. She leaves several children to mourn the loss of a good and kind mother. It is thought that the funeral will be held Thursday and interment take place in the beautiful cemetery.
