Mrs. Grace E. W. Glawe died in a local hospital last Monday morning at 3:30 following an illness of a few days of gall trouble.

Mrs. Glawe, nee Grace Wilker, was born December 7, 1905, in Read township, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Wilker and thus reached the age of 28 years, three months and 13 days.

April 5, 1923 she was married to Fred C. Glawe, Jr., in Clayton Center and to this union one daughter, Norma Jean, was born. Besides the widower and her daughter she is survived by her father and mother and one brother, Harold T. Wilker, and also her grandmother, Mrs. Theodore Glawe, of Farmersburg.

Funeral services will be held this afternoon at 1:30 in the Zion Lutheran church in Clayton Center and interment will be made in the new cemetery there, the Rev. Berthold F. Korte officiating. Pallbearers will be Wm. Kurdelmeier, Emil Hoth, Gilbert Barnhardt, Willis Diera, John Lahrs and Amos Hagensick. Flower girls are Viola Polkow, Gladys Bruns, Helen Kruse and Hilda Seeland.
