Clayton County Register, Thur., 26 Jan. 1933.
Roma Mae Schuety, daughter of Fred Schuety and his wife Ellis, nee Lahrs, was born January 2d, 1930, and died January 23, 1933, at 12:30 a.m., after an illness with influenza for less than two days.
Her parents, one brother, Carlus, her grandmother, Mrs. Chas. Lahrs, and grandfather, Fred Schuety, mourn her early departure, besides other relatives and friends. Roma Mae reached the age of three years and 21 days.
Funeral services were held at the home and the Evangelical church here yesterday afternoon and interment was made in the cemetery in Clayton Center, the Rev. Paul Kitterer officiating. Casket bearers were Leroy and John Glawe, Ralph and Harley Schuety.
