Mrs. Casper Hoffman died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Wm. H. Meyer, Saturday morning, after an illness of about one week. Mrs. Hoffman at the time of her death was past 74 years. She was a very kind-hearted, industrious old lady and always ready to help the needy. The funeral was held Tuesday at the Lutheran church, Rev. Foelsch officiating. Besides her aged husband she leaves to mourn three sons, Fred, Henry and George; also two daughters, Mrs. Anna Rogge and Mrs. Lizzie Meyer, besides numerous other relatives and friends. The sympathy of this community is extended to the bereaved relatives.
