A telegram was received here Monday morning from Berlin, N.D., bringing the sad news that Mark Lovett had been drowned, while bathing in the river near there. This indeed was a shock to his many friends in this vicinity. Mark was a young man of excellent character, born and raised in this vicinity and was the son of Mr. and Mrs. App Lovett. The remains were shipped here for burial and were laid to rest Wednesday afternoon in the Brown cemetery, near Colesburg. The bereaved relatives have the sympathy of the entire community in this sad affliction
