Mike Nolan, well known in this vicinity, died last Sunday at the County Home. He was about 75 years old. Thus passes away a kindly but eccentric character. He was a great student, eagerly seeking for information, but it apparently availed him but little from a practical standpoint. Still, who can judge the value of any life "God moves in a mysterious way His wonders to perform," Mr. Nolan's funeral was held at St. Joseph's church Monday morning and he was laid to rest in St. Joseph's cemetery.
