The funeral services of Mrs. Sophia Tucker, aged 73 years, occurred Tuesday afternoon at the home, Rev. E. D. Wells officiating. She leaves three daughters and four sons: Mrs. Laura Schenke of Edgewood, Mrs. Lydia Teed and Miss Anna Tucker and John, George, Albert and Henry Tucker all of this place, besides other relatives. She has been a sufferer of that dreaded disease consumption for a number of years and death came as a reief Sunday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. Interment took place in the local cemetery.
