Passing of a Luana Pioneer
The remains of Mrs. M.S. Teeter were brought here Monday from Waterloo and taken to Luana for burial. Deceased was the widow of "Mose" Teeter, a pioneer resident of Luana, and will be remembered well by the older settlers of that locality.Mrs. Teeter passed away Tuesday, Aug. 31, 1915, at the home of her daughter in Waterloo at the advanced age of 93 years, 5 months and 11 days.
The remains were accompanied here by Mort E. Henderson, David Henderson, Anna and Allie Henderson of Waterloo and Mrs. Hunt of Minneapolis.
