Many Elkader people will learn with regret of the death of Mrs. J. Kendall Clark, nee Florence Ehrlich, which occurred in Seattle, Wash., on the 10th inst., typhoid fever being the cause. Mrs. Clark was born in Elkader about thirty- three years ago and grew to young womanhood here. She leaves to mourn her untimely death her husband, father, mother, and one sister, Mrs. Dr. Madden, of Great Falls, Mont., besides other relatives and friends. Mrs. Clark was a niece of Mrs. E. Russell and Mrs. E. M. Paul, of this place.
